Exercise at Home | Eat out in Central

The goal of #CentralShred is to find a way for you to enjoy your life but make small improvements so you'll start losing fat.  We've put in a lot of time and effort to come up with nutrition hacks, healthy habit change strategies and mindset techniques to help you kick off/ improve your health.  The point is to not to tell you to go to healthy restaurants every day but to improve on what you're already doing now so you'll actually stick to it

  • We will kick-off next Tues 7:30 pm to set your goals, teach you how to eat, do a short workout and tell you what to expect for the next 4 weeks

  • After the meeting, we'll send you workouts to do at home (w minimal eqpt) that is specially designed for fat loss.  They're very simple exercises and you take to do it at your own pace

  • At the same time, we'll send you menus of restaurants in Central with recommendations on what to eat 

  • We'll check in with you periodically to keep you on track and answer any questions you have

  • Every Tuesday night, we'll meet up as a group to teach you what to focus on for the upcoming week plus do a workout together

  • In total, the program is 4 weeks long


An imperfect program and you actually follow is much better than a perfect program that you keep thinking about
